What hygiene measures are in place with regard to cleaning the premises?

It is our priority to offer you a safe environment.  We rigorously apply the cleaning and disinfection hygiene measures recommended by the INSPQ (Institut national de la santé publique). We have increased the frequency of disinfection in our facilities and we closely monitor the guidelines issued by the authorities in order to continually adapt to new recommendations. Every day we make sure that these measures are understood and applied by our employees and customers.

Can you tell me if the pool and gym are open ?

What should I do if I find that people are not complying with the measures put in place in relation to covid-19?

We make sure that the measures put in place are respected.  If you notice that some people are not respecting them, you can report it to our staff who will intervene quickly.

What should I do if I or one of my family members starts to experience any of the symptoms of covid-19 during our visit?

If you experience any symptoms of covid-19, you should notify a member of our staff immediately.  Procedures are in place and we will tell you how to proceed.  We will ensure your safety, while protecting our customers and employees from the risk of infection.

Have any people with covid-19 attended your institution?

What we can tell you is that there have been no outbreaks, either among customers or among our staff. As for whether there have been isolated cases, it is very difficult to say because there are people who are asymptomatic. That said, we can assure you that all measures are taken to ensure the cleaning and sanitation of the facilities on a regular basis and that procedures are in place to ensure the protection of customers and staff at all times.
